Break the Line: Through-Ball Zones

Set up

Field

A 30 by 40 yard area with a 6 yard end zone at each end.

Players

8 to 14 players. 4v4 plus one neutral player who always attacks.

How it runs

1. 1.Score by receiving a pass inside the end zone.
2. 2.The run into the zone must start before the pass is played, and the ball must be played into space, not to feet.

How to win

A goal counts 1. A goal from a first-time pass played behind the last defender counts 2.
