Coachworthy

Terms of Service

Last updated August 14, 2026

By creating an account and using Coachworthy, you agree to these terms.

The service

Coachworthy is a practice-planning tool for youth sports coaches. It is currently in beta: features may change, and we may add, modify, or remove functionality without notice. See What’s new for what’s changed recently.

Your account

You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Don’t share your password, and let us know if you suspect unauthorized access.

Your content

You own the practice plans, team info, and other content you create. By adding a drill or resource to the shared library, you’re allowing other coaches onCoachworthy to view and use it for their own practices. Don’t upload content you don’t have the right to share (e.g. videos you don’t own), and don’t use the app to post anything unlawful, abusive, or unrelated to coaching.

Availability

We aim to keep the app available and your data intact, but as a beta product we can’t guarantee uninterrupted access or that data will never be lost. Keep your own copy of anything you can’t afford to lose (e.g. share a practice plan to your phone before you rely on it at the field).

Changes

We may update these terms as the app evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
