About Coachworthy

Most youth teams are coached by a parent who said yes. Coachworthy gives that parent a plan.

Why it exists

Volunteer coaches are unpaid and short on time, and many are coaching a sport they never played. They show up at 6pm with a bag of balls and twenty minutes of ideas. Clubs lose players when coaching is uneven from team to team, and a club with no shared curriculum has no way to fix that.

What it does

  • A season of practice plans for your team, built around when you practice.
  • Activities come with their setup and what to say; baseball practices split into stations, each with a card a parent helper can run: setup, three steps, one thing to say.
  • A drill library for soccer and baseball, with short films for a growing set of drills.
  • For clubs: the same curriculum for every coach, under the club’s own name and colors, and a view of which teams have a plan.
  • Coming for leagues: rules and handbooks everyone can search, the schedule, fields, scores and standings, in one place.
