Coachworthy is a practice-planning tool for youth sports coaches. This page explains what information we collect and how it’s used.

What we collect

What we don’t collect

Coachworthy accounts are for coaches, not players. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children, and player rosters in the app are limited to names/numbers you enter for your own planning, not tracked or shared elsewhere.

How it’s used

Your data is used solely to run the app for you and your team: displaying your practices, sharing plans with coaches you invite, and improving the drill library. We don’t sell your data or use it for advertising.

Where it’s stored

Data is stored in a managed Postgres database (Neon) and the app is hosted on Vercel. Both are reputable infrastructure providers; we don’t operate our own servers.

Your choices

You can edit or delete your team data at any time from within the app. To delete your account entirely, contact your club administrator or email us using the address on this page.

Questions

Reach out to your club administrator, or to us at the address on this page, with any privacy questions.

Coachworthy is a beta product. This page is a plain-language summary, not a substitute for legal advice.
