Set up

Field

Use 2/3 of a full-size pitch. Mark the yellow-cone starting position just outside the center circle.

Players

18 or more players. Use T1 as the attacking team's target player. Set 8 Yellow attackers in a 3-3-2 formation. Set 5 Red defenders in a 4-3-1 formation. Use 1 Grey target player.

Keeper

Yes. Use 1 Green goalkeeper.

How it runs

1. 1.Yellow combines and tries to score on the full goal.
2. 2.Coach the Red defending group throughout the phase.
3. 3.Start with D1 attempting a pass to D2 that A1 cuts out, creating a transition moment.
4. 4.D2 reacts by applying immediate pressure.
5. 5.The general tactic is to drop and then press from inside the team's own half.

After each rep

Switch roles after 10 minutes.
