Set up

Players

12 or more players. Divide the group into four teams of three. Two teams play a 3v3 game. The other two teams stand in the goals and form human chains by linking arms or holding hands on the goal line.

How it runs

1. 1.The two active teams try to score past the human chains, who block shots with their bodies.
2. 2.After a couple of minutes, call 'Charge!'

After each rep

The teams on the field leave the ball where it is and run into the goalmouths to form the new chains, while the players who were in goal unlink and charge onto the field to play.
