Where's the Goal?
Set up
- Field
- Mark a scrimmage area.
- Players
- 6 or more players. Divide the group into two equal teams and choose two additional players to act as the moving goal posts. Those two players hold a pole or stretch a training vest between them. The goal-post players move randomly throughout the area.
How it runs
- 1.The two teams compete to score by passing the ball underneath the pole or vest.
After each rep
Play for five minutes, recognize the winning team, then choose new players to serve as the goal posts.
