How it runs

1. 1.Divide the group into two teams.
2. 2.One team shoots while the other retrieves, and record how many goals are scored from 20 attempts before switching roles.
3. 3.Give the goalkeeper a separate target of keeping the scoring rate below 50 percent, or assign one goalkeeper to each team.
4. 4.If the goalkeeper starts anticipating the cross too early, allow attackers to shoot directly at the exposed near post.
