Four Goals, One Gate
Set up
- Field
- Use a cone-marked square with one small inward-facing goal centered on each side, plus a 5 x 5 yard pole or tall-cone square in the middle.
- Players
- 8 or more players. Play two teams of four in different colors, with all eight players free to use the entire main square.
- Balls
- Use one live ball and keep spares around the outside so goals and balls out can be restarted immediately.
How it runs
- 1.Start one team in possession anywhere in the square.
- 2.Use all four teammates and the available width to keep the ball.
- 3.Before scoring is allowed, complete one pass through the small central square.
- 4.After that pass, attack whichever of the four goals is least protected.
- 5.The defending team tries to block the central entry while preparing to protect all four goals if it is completed.
After each rep
After a goal or a ball out, restart with the team that did not score or did not put the ball out.
How to win
A finish into any of the four small goals counts only after the possession team has completed a pass through the central square.
