Set up

Field

Mark a 12X5 yard grid just inside the penalty area.

Players

4 or more players. Put 1 defender inside the grid. Set a cone 7 or 8 yards outside the grid, where the remaining attackers line up with balls.

Keeper

Yes. Place a goalkeeper in the goal.

How it runs

1. 1.The defender stays inside the grid and tries to stop each attacker from getting through and exiting the far end.
2. 2.The attacker attempts to beat the defender and create a shot on goal.
3. 3.To complete the 1v1, the attacker must leave through the back of the grid rather than escaping out either side.

After each rep

Change the defender every 1 to 2 minutes.
