Set up

Field

A circle about 30 yards across with a three-sided goal of poles or cones, about six feet apart, in the middle.

Players

10 or more players. Teams of four or five plus one goalkeeper in the central goal. Two teams play; the rest spread around the edge and keep the ball in.

How it runs

1. 1.One player starts in the triangular goal while two teams play against each other and can score through any side.
2. 2.The teams waiting off the field spread around the outside edge, help keep the ball in play, and may receive passes.
3. 3.An outside player who receives cannot be tackled and must return the ball to the team that passed to them.
4. 4.Use winner-stays-on or rotate teams after a set period.
