Goalie Golf
Set up
- Field
- A 30 x 30 yard area with a goal at one end and several poles or cones about 20 yards out.
- Players
- 6 or more players. One player in goal, the rest lined up to one side facing it. Everyone takes a turn in goal.
- Keeper
- Yes.
- Balls
- The coach serves each ball into the attacker's path.
How it runs
- 1.Serve the ball into the path of the first attacker, who runs onto it, takes one controlling touch, and shoots with the second.
- 2.The goalkeeper attempts the save.
- 3.After the shot, regardless of the outcome, the goalkeeper drop-kicks toward a selected pole and tries to land the ball within five yards of that target.
- 4.A successful target earns five points.
- 5.The next attacker then shoots.
- 6.Once everyone has taken a turn, change the goalkeeper.
- 7.The player with the most points wins.
