Field

Create a field about 60 X 40 yards. Put a full-size goal on each end line.

Players

14 or more players. Split the players into two teams of 7, with six field players and one goalkeeper per side. For younger groups or smaller rosters, reduce both the field size and the number of players.

How it runs

1. 1.Play a small-sided match under normal game conditions.
2. 2.Use standard rules, including throw-ins, corners, goal kicks, and other regular restarts.
