Wing Duel: End Line

Set up

Field

Use half a field and move one goal to the midfield line so it faces the goal on the end line. With 4-5 cones on each side, mark a 10-yard-wide channel along both touchlines.

Players

10 or more players. Play 4v4 in the central area. Give each team one player in a wide channel and place a goalkeeper in each goal.

Keeper

Yes.

Balls

Start one team with the ball and keep the remaining balls behind the goal.

How it runs

1. 1.The central players compete 4v4, while the wide players play 1v1 inside their channels.
2. 2.When the ball enters a wide channel, the two channel players play 1v1 until the attacker breaks into the attacking side of the channel.
3. 3.Once that attacker gets through, the defender allows the cross to be delivered.
4. 4.The four central attackers organize near-post, far-post, trailing, and supporting runs.

How to win

A goal can count only after the ball has been served from one of the channels.
