Set up

Field
Create a rectangular field about 25x35 yards, adjusting the dimensions for the number and ability of the players. Place four goals near the corners of the long sides, giving each team two goals to defend and two to attack.
Players
4 or more players. Divide the group into two teams; 3v3, 4v4, or 5v5 all work well. Each team protects the two goals on its end and attacks the pair at the opposite end.

How it runs

  1. 1.Both teams begin centrally and the coach serves a ball to start the game.
  2. 2.Each team tries to score in either of the opponent's two goals while protecting both of its own.
  3. 3.Because either attacking goal is available, the defenders must continually account for two threats.
  4. 4.Expect frequent changes of direction and demand quick transitions between attacking and defending.

After each rep

After a goal, restart immediately with another ball from the coach. Rotate players regularly so everyone gets repeated experience in both attacking and defending moments.
