Through the Tunnel
Set up
- Players
- 8 or more players. Use eight players, with six attackers and two defenders. Put five attackers outside the tunnel on diagonal supporting positions.
- Balls
- The sixth attacker starts inside the tunnel with the ball.
How it runs
- 1.The player on the ball tries to work through the tunnel and escape beyond the two defenders.
- 2.The attacker may use the outside teammates, who can return the ball or move it on to another outside player.
- 3.The two defenders work together to stop the central attacker.
After each rep
Give every attacker a turn inside the tunnel. Total the points, then repeat with a different pair of defenders.
How to win
The defenders earn 2 points for winning the ball and passing it to the coach, or 1 point for simply knocking it out.
