Set up

Field

Use a full field with 2 full-size goals. Mark 2 No Press zones from the edge of the D to the goal line. Mark 2 starting positions with yellow cones.

Players

22 or more players. Play Red against Blue, with Blue as the coached team.

Keeper

Yes. Involved in starting play and distribution

How it runs

1. 1.Apply offside.
2. 2.Begin either from Starting Point 1, where the Blue attacking midfielder dribbles a weak shot to the goalkeeper, or Starting Position 2, where a mishit cross goes to the goalkeeper.
3. 3.The goalkeeper collects and rolls or throws to a Red defender in the back 4.
4. 4.Blue is not allowed into the No Press zone until that Red defender takes the first touch.

After each rep

When the ball leaves the field, restart from the assigned starting position.

How to win

Goals count normally.
