Field

Mark a 60x45 yrd grid and add a No Press Zone about 15 yrds deep.

Players

18 or more players. Play Red as the defending team against Yellow as the attacking team. Set Yellow in a 3-4-1 shape. Set Red in a 4-3-1 shape.

Keeper

Yes. Two goalkeepers.

How it runs

1. 1.Begin from the back of the center circle.
2. 2.Yellow attacks the full goal.
3. 3.Inside the No Press Zone, Yellow cannot be challenged.
4. 4.At the start, Yellow is allowed one unpressured pass wide to a wing player.
5. 5.Once that wide player receives, normal defending begins.
6. 6.If Yellow plays backward into the No Press Zone, Red again has to stop pressing.

After each rep

Change the team roles every 10 mins.

How to win

When Red wins possession, the team scores by completing 5 passes or by playing successfully into the No Press Zone.
