Set up

Field

Create a circle 50 yards in diameter. Inside it, mark a second cone circle 10 yards across.

Players

10 or more players. Place the target player inside the central circle.

How it runs

1. 1.Play 6v3 inside the outer circle.
2. 2.Defenders may run through the center circle, but they can intercept passes only while they are in the outer circle.
3. 3.The attackers must remain in the outer circle.

How to win

The attacking team earns 1 point each time it completes a pass to the target player. The defenders earn 1 point whenever they win the ball or whenever 30 seconds pass without the attackers scoring.
