A circle about 30 yards across with a three-sided goal of poles in the centre.

Players

13 or more players. Three teams of four in vests, plus a goalkeeper in the middle who changes every time a goal is scored.

Keeper

Yes.

Balls

One ball. The keeper throws it back in after a catch.

How it runs

1. 1.All three teams compete against one another and may score through any side of the triangular goal.
2. 2.When the goalkeeper catches the ball, the goalkeeper throws it back into play.
3. 3.Change goalkeepers each time a goal is scored.
