Field

A narrower pitch than usual, about 40 x 15 yards for U10s, with a small goal in each corner.

Players

8 or more players. Two teams of three to five outfield players, each with its own goalkeeper. Each team defends two goals.

How it runs

1. 1.Each team attacks two goals and must also defend two goals.
2. 2.Play either to a predetermined goal total or for a fixed amount of time.
3. 3.Rotate the goalkeeper every few minutes or whenever a goal is scored.
