5 or more players. Groups of five to seven. One is the goalkeeper; the rest are numbered and pass in sequence.

How it runs

1. 1.The numbered players pass the ball in numerical order while the goalkeeper tries to intercept using the hands or feet.
2. 2.The player with the ball cannot be tackled.
3. 3.Begin with an achievable passing target, about three passes for U7 players and ten for U12 players, and increase the target once the group succeeds.
4. 4.Run the activity competitively between groups.
