How it runs

1. 1.The 5 defenders try to build from the goalkeeper and play through two gate goals.
2. 2.Begin with the center back playing a back pass to the goalkeeper.
3. 3.As the ball travels back, the defenders drop and provide protection around the goalkeeper.
4. 4.Once the goalkeeper has possession, the defenders spread and create width to receive.
5. 5.The defenders combine with the midfielders and try to progress through the gate goals.
6. 6.D3 plays forward into a midfielder as the build develops.

How to win

The attacking team scores in the full goal, while the defending team scores in the gate goals.
