Field

A 40 x 30 yard area with one full-size goal at one end.

Players

9 or more players. Two teams of four plus a goalkeeper, each team in a zig-zag between the far end line and the goal, about ten yards apart.

Balls

One ball per team, starting with the player on the end line.

How it runs

1. 1.On the coach's command, the first player passes to the nearest teammate and the ball travels down the team's zig-zag.
2. 2.The player closest to goal controls, shoots, and attempts to score.
3. 3.After shooting, that player moves to the end line while every teammate advances one position.
4. 4.If the goalkeeper saves, the ball is thrown back out and the shooter goes again.
5. 5.If the shot misses, retrieve the ball and retry the finish.
6. 6.The first team to score earns one point.
