Set up

Field

Play two teams of four in a 30 by 20 yard area with a goal at each end.

Players

8 or more players. Assign or let each outfield player choose one opposing player to mark.

How it runs

1. 1.Each outfield player has one assigned opponent: when the team is defending, that is the player to mark; when the team has the ball, that same opponent is the marker to escape.
2. 2.Players may be tackled only by their assigned marker, and they may tackle only the opponent they are assigned to.
3. 3.Play for a predetermined amount of time.
