Rondo: Switch 6v3

Set up

Field

Create two 12 x 10yrd end zones separated by a 4yrd central channel.

Players

9 or more players. Use 6 possession players against 3 defenders in orange.

Balls

The coach or a feeder serves balls from the sideline.

How it runs

1. 1.Keep one defender in the central channel at all times; that player is not allowed to press the ball.
2. 2.The possession team circulates the ball and looks for the right moment to switch play into the opposite end zone.

After each rep

Rotate the defenders after they have won the ball 3 times and successfully connected a pass to a teammate.
