Last Six Outs Comeback
A live batting game that starts the hitters down one run late in the game, so every at-bat has a job: get the tying run on, then drive in the winner before the defense gets six outs in a row.

Set up
Split the team into a hitting group of 5 to 7 and a defense with everyone else, filling catcher and the infield first, then center field. Coach pitches from behind an L-screen. Hitters wear helmets and wait behind the fence.
