Eighteen Outs Challenge
The whole defense tries to get 18 clean outs in a row off the coach's fungo, with every third out a double play, and one error sends the count back to zero.

Set up
Everyone takes a defensive position. Extra players pair up at a spot, such as a second shortstop or a second center fielder, and trade in every 3 outs. The coach stands at home with a fungo bat and a bucket of balls, and the catcher, in a helmet, feeds balls to the coach.
