Live scrimmage at-bats that start every hitter already down no balls and two strikes, so hitters learn to battle and put the ball in play instead of taking a hittable pitch.

Set up
Full defense on the field with a coach pitching live from the mound. A second coach runs the lineup from the dugout and a third moves players between the field and the batting order. Batters wear helmets, and the next batter waits in the dugout, not on deck.
