Description
25x30 with a scoring end zone. 3v3 or 4v4, each defender responsible for one attacker. Attackers score by receiving a pass in the end zone; defenders must stay goal-side of their player to prevent it. Coach serves a new ball immediately to keep it continuous. Progress by switching to zonal (defenders protect an area instead of a player) then mix the two so players have to decide which applies. (Age fit: U10-U14.)
