Description
- Setup
- A full small-sided pitch with a marked channel down each touchline, about five yards wide. Two goals, 7v7.
- Play
- Normal game. Only attackers may enter the wing channels, and a defender may not follow them in.
- Score
- A normal goal counts 1. A goal from a ball that came out of a wing channel counts 2.
- Harder
- The player in the channel has two touches before they must cross or come back inside.
- Easier
- Widen the channels, or let a goal from a channel count 3.
