Description
- Setup
- Four cones in a Y, about ten yards apart, with a player at each and a queue at the start cone. One ball.
- Play
- Pass forward, follow your pass. The receiver plays it back first time, then the ball goes wide, then long, and the pattern restarts from the other side.
- Score
- Run it eight times with no bad touch before adding speed.
- Progression
- Two touches, then one touch, then one touch with the ball moving faster than is comfortable.
- Harder
- Run the pattern from both ends at once with two balls.
- Easier
- Drop to three cones and one pass each way.
