Description
- Setup
- Groups of four in a ten yard square, one ball each group.
- Play
- Pass and move, one touch only. If somebody needs a second touch that is fine, but the group counts back to zero.
- Score
- How many one-touch passes in a row. Post the number, then beat it.
- Progression
- Start two touch to get the rhythm, then drop to one.
- Harder
- Shrink the square, or add a defender who walks.
- Easier
- Two touches, or a bigger square.
