Description
- Setup
- Half a pitch with a full goal and a keeper. A defending team of 6 in its own half, an attacking team of 6, and a coach with balls at the halfway line.
- Play
- The coach plays a ball into the attackers. When the defenders win it (or the coach calls 'won') they counter to the far goal. Every player has two touches or fewer on the counter.
- Score
- A goal within 8 seconds of winning the ball counts 2, inside 12 seconds counts 1, after that the ball is dead. A third touch by anyone kills the counter.
- Rotate
- Three counters, then the teams swap roles.
- Harder
- One touch in the attacking half. Add a target goal at halfway so the attackers can counter back.
- Easier
- 10 and 14 seconds, three touches.
