Sign inPassing Combination Warm-Up
10 min · Intermediate · 6+ players · Medium space
Description
- Setup
- A square of four cones about twelve yards apart, players spread around it, one ball.
- Play
- A repeating combination round the square: pass, one-two off the corner player, then a longer pass to the next corner. Everybody follows their pass.
- Score
- Five minutes, no timer pressure. This is a warm-up, the passes should get sharper, not faster.
- Progression
- Add a second ball on the opposite side once the first is smooth.
- Harder
- One touch on the one-two.
- Easier
- Cut the one-two, just pass and follow.
