Description
- Setup
- Mark a 15 by 15 yard square with four cones. Three attackers and one defender inside, one ball.
- Play
- The attackers keep the ball away from the defender. A goal is a pass to a teammate who has run to stand in any empty corner, received and controlled.
- Score
- After a goal the corner player dribbles back in and someone else must find a fresh corner. First to 3, or most goals in 90 seconds. Then swap the defender.
- Harder
- Two defenders (3v2), or the corner player must carry the ball to the next corner before it counts.
- Easier
- The defender walks, or add a fourth attacker.
